Rona Glynn-McDonald
Rona Glynn-McDonald, a Kaytetye woman, is the CEO of Common Ground, a not-for-profit First Nations storytelling organisation and the co-founder and director of First Nations–led funding platform First Nations Futures. Through Common Ground, Glynn-McDonald supports Australian students in learning more about First Nations people and cultures.
She is a passionate advocate for challenging the status quo when it comes to traditional forms of philanthropy. In 2023, Glynn-McDonald won the Faculty of Business and Economics’ Rising Star for Young Alumni Award.
