Professor Emeritus Cheryl Saunders AO
Cheryl Saunders AO is a Laureate Professor Emeritus at Melbourne Law School, where she is a convenor of the Constitution Transformation Network and she was the founding Director of the Centre for Comparative Constitutional Studies. She has specialist interests in Australian and comparative public law, including federalism, intergovernmental relations and constitution making and change. She is a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia and a corresponding Fellow of the British Academy. She was a President of the Administrative Review Council of the Commonwealth from 1987-1993 and a member of the Administrative Review Expert Advisory Group from 2023-2024.
